Reader + Jack Frost :Chapter 8
Jack was flying quickly through a forest of some sort, seemingly in quite a rush.
"Come on, it has to be around here somewhere..." He mumbled to himself, cautiously scanning the area as he flew. Jack flew up and out of the top of the trees. After a good look around, he finally saw what he was looking for. Off in the distance was a gigantic mountain with a few openings. And in those openings, Jack could slightly see some sort of structure inside, light shining off of something colorful inside. Jack made his way to the mountain as fast as he could. As he flew, he passed a lot of these little green-ish-blue humming bird like creatures.
Once inside, there were beautiful, giant buildings carved out of humongous stalagmites, painted in breath taking colorful pastels and highlighted in gold. Down below the hanging buildings was a collection of waterfalls, leading into a giant, sparkling pond down at the base.
"Finally, the Tooth Palace..." Jack said to himself.

"Come on, ___! Wake up, wake up, wake up!" Shouted Emilee, jumping on your bed. You groaned.
"Emilee, it's seven in the morning... Jack cant wait until at least nine..." you grumbled sleepily.
"Seriously, kiddo. I can wait till she's ready to get up," Jack said.
"No! We only have one day to get her to see, you, we have no time to waist!" Emilee declared. "Come on. up up up! Jack's here waiting for you right now! Get up!"
"What? How the heck did he get in?" Emilee stopped jumping on your bed, mumbling something. You turned over on your bed, to face her.
"What was that?"
"I... let him in through the window..." She said shyly. You looked over at the window that was still open.
"Jeez, no wonder it's so cold in here.." you say, getting up and shutting the window. You plop down back in your bed, wrapping your blanket around your arms. "So, how should we begin this thing?" you asked unenthusiastically.
"Um...." Emilee said, plopping down to a sit on your bed. She looked up at an empty s

It was evening, you were laying in your bed doodling. Cody and Haily had gone home, and your dad was sneezing his brains out. You search through your pencil pouch for a light blue color, putting the other one you were using behind your ear. Your drawing was of two hands meeting in a shake. From the hand on the left emulated a bright light and snow that swirled around both hands. You used the light blue to outline some of the bright swirls to give it more depth and add a glow. Emilee was on the floor next to your bed making drawings of her own. You smile, looking over her shoulder to see her drawing the snowball fight she had watched from the window. But, you noticed an extra person floating above the rest of the people. You smiled to yourself. That must be Jack, you thought. You lean back on your pillow and look at your hand, opening and closing it a few times. Maybe I just got too into pretending he was real that imagined it. You look b

Later that day, you and your sister were out in the snow, packing together snow blocks.
"We gotta be sure to make them really, really big, otherwise it'll take too long to make enough little ones," you told Emilee.
"OK!" she said happily. She took a big chunk of snow and flopped it over two of three block you and she had started.
"Hey _____!" Cody called from down the street, waving his arm in the air. You happily wave back to him. He and his sister gladly made their way up to your house.
"What are you guys making?" Haily asked Emilee.
"We're making a igloo!" Emilee happily announced.
" 'An igloo' " you corrected her. "When something starts with a vowel, you say 'an", silly goose." Emilee giggled.
"Okie Doke," she chimed happily.
"Came we help?" Cody asked.
"Of course, I don't see why not," you said shrugging.
"Yes!" Cody said to himself. He sat beside you in the deep snow, watching you work on the three block already started.
"We have to start with a circle, OK? Make sure

As your family starts drifting off into a slumber, a hand is lightly placed over the window, making it frost upon touch. A white haired boy on the other side of the window sighs to himself, happily admiring the closeness of your family. He looks up into the sky, watching the night beginning to illuminate with the soft glow of dream sand.
"Well, looks like Sandy's up finally," he said to himself. He glanced back into the window. Dream sand had slipped unnoticed into your home, making its way to your little sister. it formed into a little child and a giant puppy. The white haired boy laughed slightly at the little girls dream. He turned his gaze to the teenager. Dream sand hovered above her, but it ceased to mold into a dream. The boy tapped his chin, looking up at the sky to make sure he wouldn't get caught with what he was about to do. He turns back to the window, easing it open. Your mother slightly moves at the cold chill that he had brought to the room. The

The day went by slow in a relaxed way, at least until your last class period. Sense you had been eager to head home and meet your younger sister, the last minutes of the school day dragged on. You attentively, tapped your finger on your chin, watching the clock's second hand tick dully. You sigh lethargically Come on, come on! Hurry up! You hang your head back and stare at the ceiling. Hm,maybe if I find something to occupy me, maybe time will go by faster... You reach down by the side of your desk, pulling out a notebook. Let's see... maybe I can draw something... You examine your blank paper, shuffling through the files in your head for some inspiration. You groan and let your forehead fall down onto your desk. Great, I got artists' block too... Suddenly there was a screech, and the intercom came on.
